The following Terms and Conditions govern Larkswood Plus.
Please read them before registering for your Larkswood Plus membership.
If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions of use, you will not have access to the Larkswood Plus initiative.
Definitions
“Larkswood” is the abbreviated trading name of “Larkswood Stationers”.
“Customer” a person or organisation who buys goods or services from Larkswood.
“Privacy Policy“ means the Larkswood Plus members’ privacy policy.
“Rewards Redemption” means a product redemption made by a plus member.
“Website” means www.Larkswood.co.uk
Terms and Conditions of use
1. The Terms and Conditions, in conjunction with the Privacy Policy are applicable to Larkswood Plus. Any participation in or use of Larkswood Plus is considered as acceptance of both the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2. Larkswood may at any time, and at its sole and absolute discretion:
i. cancel, withdraw or vary Larkswood Plus; or
ii. substitute the Larkswood Plus with an alternative rewards scheme.
3. Larkswood Plus membership is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered on behalf of the organisation they are employed by.
4. Larkswood may withdraw, cancel or decline to issue any Larkswood Plus account or any other accrued reward in whatever form, and/or remove a member from Larkswood Plus at any time where Larkswood has a reasonable belief of any:
i. abuse or attempted abuse of Larkswood Plus;
ii. breach or attempted breach of the Terms and Conditions
5. The Terms and Conditions do not confer any enforceable rights on a person who is not party to the Terms and Conditions.
6. The redemption of rewards is subject to availability. The rewards are provided by Larkswood on the basis of, and subject to, the terms and conditions as set out in the Website.
Becoming a Larkswood Plus member
1. Account customers may become a Larkswood Plus member by registering their membership via the Website.
2. To ensure Larkswood can keep you appropriately informed all registration details must be completed in full and must contain the organisation name and address, proposed member’s name, job title and contact e-mail address.
3. Members must keep Larkswood informed of any changes to their registration details by ensuring that the details are up to date on their Larkswood Plus account.
4. To make any changes to personal details, members must email the changes to larkswoodplus@larkswood.co.uk
Security
1. If you are provided with a username, password or any other piece of information as part of Larkswood’s security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and you must not disclose it to any third party nor allow any unauthorised person access to the information under your username and/or password. Larkswood is not responsible for any loss that results from the unauthorised use of your username and/or password, with or without your knowledge.
2. Be aware that the use of some of the functionalities of the service requires access to the internet and your carrier's normal rates apply.
Cancelling your Plus membership
1. Members can cancel their membership to Larkswood Plus at any time by contacting the Admin Team at Larkswood. The obsolete data relating to that member will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2. By leaving Larkswood Plus members forfeit the right to any rewards already accrued or issued.
Larkswood Plus benefits and using member rewards
1. The Larkswood Plus benefits comprise of:
i. Reward points that may be redeemed for educational, stationary or janitorial products as supplied by Larkswood Stationers.
ii. Bonus rewards. These are exclusive deals where members will be issued a discount on any product(s) that Larkswood, at its absolute discretion, may determine.
2. Member benefits are available to all members at all times for the entire duration of their Larkswood Plus membership.
3. Larkswood will not be liable for any unused member reward points incurred as a result of incorrect or out of date contact details or personal details registered to a member’s Larkswood Plus account.
4. Any Rewards which have been issued to an organisation will be reflected in their email updates. Alternatively, members can contact the team at larkswoodplus@larkswood.co.uk for an update on their points totals.
5. At all times, rewards are subject to Larkswood’s sole and absolute discretion. Larkswood can cancel, withdraw, alter or substitute the rewards with an alternative rewards or reward scheme at any time.
6. Bonus rewards will have an expiry date and will only be valid up to the date as stated in the information relating to the reward. A Bonus reward cannot be used after its expiry date.
7. Reward points may not be used to redeem products that are promoted as a Bonus reward.
8. Members may not redeem rewards in conjunction with any other offer, or benefit that is outside of Larkswood Plus.
9. No cash alternative will be offered and each member reward is non-transferable. By accepting a member reward, each member agrees to hold Larkswood, and its respective affiliates, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the award of, the use of, or misuse of any member reward. Where the law implies warranties which cannot be excluded, Larkswood’s liability for breach of those warranties is limited to resupplying the reward (or paying for the cost thereof) where this is permitted by law. Members assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by use or redemption of any reward. Larkswood is not liable for any lost reward.
10. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you agree to receive specific Larkswood Plus communications from Larkswood.
Promoters Rights
1. Neither Larkswood nor its agents shall be liable under, or in connection with, the Terms and Conditions, Larkswood Plus or the use or redemption of any reward for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the member, Larkswood or its agents, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
2. Larkswood may amend or vary the Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion.
3. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted at via the Terms and Conditions web page.
4. Larkswood’s decision is final in every situation (including any not expressly mentioned in the Terms and Conditions.
5. Larkswood reserves the right to investigate any activity they believe to be of a fraudulent nature and to disqualify any members that they believe are carrying out fraudulent activity or otherwise seeking to circumvent the Terms and Conditions.
6. Larkswood accepts no liability for lost, damaged or corrupted data; expired rewards whether due to omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
Privacy Policy
Larkswood’s Privacy Policy (which forms part of the Terms and Conditions) sets out how we use your data in relation to Larkswood Plus. By participating in Larkswood Plus you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the Privacy Policy.

1. Who is responsible for processing the personal data relating to Larkswood Plus rewards?
Larkswood Stationers Limited, a company registered in the U.K. with registered number 02867434 whose registered office is at 142 Station Road, Chingford, London, E4 6AN, is the Data Controller of the data collected in the context of the Larkswood Plus application.
2. What personal data do you process?
The categories of data listed in the sign on registration. Details must be completed in full and must contain the organisation name and address, proposed member’s name, job title and contact e-mail address.
3. Who can I contact if I have any queries or concerns?

4. What does this Privacy Policy cover?
This Privacy Policy provides information regarding the processing of your personal data when redeeming products from Larkswood.
5. What are the legal bases for processing the personal data?
i. The personal data covered by this Privacy Policy is only processed:
ii. With your explicit consent; or
iii. Where it is necessary to conclude a transaction with you (such as redemption information)
iv. Where the processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect the validity of the processing prior to the withdrawal of consent.

7. Who will you share my personal data with?
Your personal data is exclusively processed to support Larkswood Plus and will not be shared outside of the company other than:
i. Service providers involved in Larkswood Plus
ii. Any agents and/or subcontractors of Larkswood
Except as set out in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose any personal data without your permission unless we are legally entitled or required to do so or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect and/or defend our rights, property or personal safety and those of our users / customers or other individuals. Only if Larkswood is required to do so by law, will your personal data be provided to supervisory agencies, fiscal authorities and investigative agencies.
How long we retain your data
Personal data provided to Larkswood in line with this Privacy Policy will be deleted or rendered anonymous (such that it will no longer be possible to identify you);
i. Without undue delay upon you requesting that your Larkswood Plus account profile is deleted or request to discontinue your participation in Larkswood Plus; or
ii. Within three years for all subscribed services after our last interaction with you
The only exception is when personal data is required for the detection or prevention of fraud or as permitted or required by applicable local law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be changed over time. You are advised to regularly review the Privacy Policy for possible changes but if the changes are significant, we will provide you with an appropriate notice, including e-mail notification if necessary. This Privacy Policy was last updated on 1st August 2020.
Variation
Larkswood may, by any means including notification on the website or by email vary, add to or delete any of these Terms and Conditions (including without limitation any terms contained in written correspondence and the Privacy Policy).
