Deliveries & Returns 

Our delivery charges 

Standard mainland UK delivery is FREE on orders of £100.00 or more (excluding VAT).  Orders up to £99.99 (excluding VAT) are subject to a £9.99 (plus VAT) delivery charge.

If you are buying for a nursery, schoolcollege or business and would like to open a credit account, then please contact our Customer Service department. 

Some non-stock or bulky items may incur a delivery charge for all customers. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles and Highlands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man will vary. If this is the case, we will contact you before processing your order to inform you of this and to ensure you are happy with the charge. Our standard delivery

Our standard delivery time is up to 3 working days, however we aim to deliver all stock items on the next working day if the order is placed before 12pm and subject to availability. 

Please be advised that, whilst we are doing our utmost to deliver products within our 1-3 day delivery promise, we are experiencing some extended delivery times with our suppliers due to Covid restrictions. With this in mind, we will confirm the delivery time of your goods when the order is placed.

Some items that we do not keep in stock will be delivered to you directly by our supplier. We will co-ordinate delivery arrangements on your behalf and let you know when to expect delivery. 

All delivery items will be delivered to the ground floor entrance of your premises, unless special instructions have been provided, in which case delivery shall take place when the goods are delivered as you have specifically requested. 

If our delivery of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. 

Where delivery is made in instalments, delay in delivering one or more instalments does not entitle you to refuse to accept any remaining instalments. Additionally, you cannot refuse to accept delivery of any consignment or instalment on account of any shortage or defect in any other delivery. 

The products will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product into your physical possession, or to the notified address. 

You own the products once we have received payment in full. 

Tracking your order

If you have not received delivery of the products within 48 hours of the date we notify you by email that the products have been dispatched, please inform us by sending an email to our Customer Service department.  

Unfortunately, we do not offer an online order tracking facility. If you require an update on your order, please contact our Customer Service department. 


Delivery errors 

We are fully aware that occasionally mistakes are made when purchasing goods and its because of this that we offer our fair returns policy.  

In the unlikely event of an error with your order, please inform us within 48 hours of your receipt of the order by sending an email to our Customer Service department. 

If we receive a Notice of Error we will investigate the issue with your order and may contact you for further information. We will aim to update / resolve any issues within 48 hours of receipt of the Notice of Error to provide a satisfactory outcome. 

If our investigations establish that there has been an error with your order, we will offer to rectify the error by means of replacement Goods or offer a refund for those Goods not delivered. We will need to receive confirmation of which offer you wish to accept, failing which, we will assume you wish to take up the option to cancel the order. 


Any claim in respect of damage in transit, faulty goods or shortages of Goods must be made in writing, by the Customer to the Company, no later than 48 hours after the delivery, or receipt of invoice in respect of non-delivery. 

Goods will be accepted for return with the prior consent of the Company, provided:- 

  • We are notified within 48 hours of receipt 
  • Returns are in their original packaging and are re-saleable 
  • Faulty goods are proved to be defective in design workmanship or materials 
  • Goods ordered as ‘Specials’ will only be exchanged if found to be faulty 

If cancelling your purchase under the Distance Selling Regulations, your product must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It should be returned, at your cost, with the original box and packaging, along with any accessories you received with it. DVDs, CDs memory cards and software must still be sealed. 

If you follow the above procedure, we will issue you with a full refund of the amount you paid us for the cost of the product and delivery to you. Refunds will take 3-5 days to be credited to your payment card. Account customers will be credited against their invoice. 

Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.  

If you cancel an order you must return the products to us. Please note that our returns address is 142 Station Road, Chingford, London, E4 6AN. If you are exercising your right to change your mind, you must send off the products within 24 hours of telling us you wish to cancel the order. 


Additional information 

Times and dates quoted for delivery are estimates only and the time for delivery of the Goods shall not be of the essence. 

If, after three failed delivery attempts or after 90 days (whichever happens sooner), you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may cancel your order. 

If you do not allow us access to the property in order to deliver the products to you (and you do not have a good reason for this) we may charge you additional costs incurred by us as a result.
