Becoming a Plus member couldn't be simpler!

 

  1. What’s the benefit of becoming a Larkswood Plus member?

As a Plus member, when you purchase products from Larkswood, your school or business will be issued with reward points that may be redeemed for educational, stationery or janitorial products.

  1. Is there a cost to join Larkswood Plus?

No. It's free to join.

  1. Can any customer join Larkswood Plus?

No. Larkswood Plus is only available to customers that have a credit account with Larkswood.
 

  1. When I join, does my organisation receive 25 points?

Yes. It will automatically receive its first 25 points free. Please note this only applies once, irrespective of how many colleagues from the organisation join.

 

  1. How are points earned and accrued?

For every £100 spent, five points will be credited to your organisation.

 

  1. When can I redeem the points for products??

Once you have accumulated 50 points (£10 value). Points can be redeemed in groups of 50 - e.g. x50, x100, x150 etc.

 

  1. How does the point redemption work?

Points can be redeemed in groups of 50 (£10 value). They can only be redeemed as part of another order and must not exceed 50% of the order. So for example, to redeem 50 points, the minimum purchase order value must be £20.

 

  1. Are there any other rewards on offer?

Yes. We will also be offering member Bonus rewards, which are exclusive deals that offer extra discounts on specific products.

 

  1. Is there a redemption time frame?

For reward points there is no time limit. Bonus rewards will have an expiry date associated with them. A Bonus reward cannot be used after its expiry date. Reward points may not be used to purchase products that are promoted as a Bonus reward.

 

  1. There are several buyers in my school / business. Who gets assigned the points?

The organisation will accumulate the total points. If there are several buyers, each individual member accrues the points on behalf of the school or business.  If this is the case, you and your colleagues will need to agree how best to redeem them.

 

  1. How will you keep me informed of our total points?

We will also send you regular email updates to ensure you are fully informed and up-to-date regarding your organisations total number of points. Points will be assigned once your school or business has been invoiced for its purchases.
