Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Referral promotion.
The Promotion
- Anyone in the UK aged 16 and over can participate in the Promotion. To become a referrer (“Referrer/s”), you must register the details at this [link].
- This offer is not applicable when the referred school or business is, or has within the last 12 months, been a customer with Larkswood.
- Once the referred school or business has made a qualifying purchase of £250+, confirmation will be emailed to both the referrer and the referree.
- When the referred school or business has made a qualifying purchase of £250+ both the referrer and the referree will each receive a £50 Larkswood voucher within 30 days of the purchase.
- All vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of issue. After this time they will not be valid.
- In the event of suspected fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, Larkswood reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; and/or amend these terms and conditions. All decisions made by Larkswood are final.
- Users’ personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. - Larkswood reserves the right to withdraw or change the referral promotion at any time, with or without notice.
