Ultralight Staging System

Ultralight is a flexible modular staging system, designed using components that can be simply joined together to create a vast number of configurations for performance and presentation. It is the only system of its kind to have attained both TUV and GS approval in the UK. The components have been engineered to allow flexible assembly, disassembly, configuration and reconfiguration to create the perfect platform for performances or presentations. The design of the integral locking and location mechanism makes assembly quick and easy and a perfect solution for any multi-purpose space. If you are looking for extra height, the stage risers can be joined together with the twist of a riser tube and no loss of structural stability.

To enable the stage to work in all environments we offer optional accessories. Anti-slip plugs combat slippery floors, riser levellers deal with uneven floors and surfaces. Our specially designed storage trolleys hold decks and risers in a safe place and when not in use can be wheeled to the area for assembly, saving time and strain. Chair stop plates and guardrails may prove to be invaluable safety features for stage users, particularly when the overall height of the stage exceeds 600mm high.

All staging is supplied with clear installation instructions and a 5mm Allen key. Ultralight can be assembled and disassembled by one or two people. If you need to transport your stage off site, the 1m x 1m stage decks will easily fit into the back of an average sized car. We do recommend that two people are involved in the assembly when using 2m long decks, owing to the lift required.

Gratnells Staging System

The unique design of Gratnells Stage means that assembly, breakdown, re-configuration and re-siting are quick to do and easy to accomplish with no special tools required and no mechanical fixings needed.

Change the format from stage to catwalk, artwork exhibition to prize presentation, all from the same kit. With the ability to self-level on slightly irregular surfaces, shims are available for deeper surface irregularities enabling its use at outdoor events too.
