Specialist Crafts Marvel Medium is an extra strong extra thick PVA not only glues fabric paper and card polystyrene and lightweight wood it can also be used for glazing over surfaces when diluted because it dries to a clear finish.
- Marvel Medium has a pH of 7 so is neither acidic or alkaline.
