The following Terms & Conditions apply to support the Free Seed Mix Give-away.

Terms and Conditions of use

1. The Terms and Conditions, in conjunction with the Privacy Policy are applicable to the Free Seed Mix Give-away. Any participation in the Free Seed Mix Give-away is considered as acceptance of both the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2. The Free Seed Mix Give-away is open only to schools (primary, secondary, or equivalent educational institutions) located within the United Kingdom.
3. The redemption of the Free Seed Mix Give-away is a limited offer and is subject to availability / while stocks last.
4. The offer ends 30 May 2025. All applications must be received by this date.
5. To ensure fair distribution, schools can only apply for the Free Seed Mix Give-away once.
6. Each application will receive 1 pack. Pack contents may vary and are subject to availability.
7. Seed boxes will be distributed throughout May. Shipping is free of charge.
8. Larkswood does not guarantee the seed germination or crop yield.
9. Seed boxes are not for resale or commercial use.

Applying for the Free Seed Mix Give-away

1. Schools may apply for the Free Seed Mix Give-away via the Larkswood Website.
2. Applications must be submitted by a representative of the school (e.g. a teacher, administrator, or other staff member authorised to act on the school's behalf).
3. To ensure we are able to deliver the seeds to the right place all registration details must be completed in full and must contain the school name and address including postcode, contact name, e-mail address, job title and phone number.
4. Boxes will be sent to the school's official address provided in the application form.
5. Incomplete or duplicate applications will not be considered.
6. Larkswood reserves the right to verify school status and contact applicants for clarification if necessary.
7. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you agree to receive communications from Larkswood about similar offers or discounted products.

Larkswood’s Privacy Policy (which forms part of the Terms and Conditions) sets out how we use your data in relation to the Free Seed Mix Give-away. By participating you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the Privacy Policy.

The categories of data listed in the sign on registration. Details must be completed in full and must contain the school name and address including postcode, contact name, e-mail address, job title and phone number.

5. What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy provides information regarding the processing of your personal data when redeeming products from Larkswood.

• where it is necessary to conclude a transaction with you (such as redemption information)

Where the processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect the validity of the processing prior to the withdrawal of consent.

Larkswood may, by any means including notification on the website or by email vary, add to or delete any of these Terms and Conditions (including without limitation any terms contained in written correspondence and the Privacy Policy).

Promoters Rights

1. Neither Larkswood nor its agents shall be liable under, or in connection with, the Terms and Conditions, Larkswood Plus or the use or redemption of any Reward for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the member, Larkswood or its agents, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
