This Health and Hygiene Project Pack contains all the necessary information to investigate the effects of toothpastes mouth washes soaps deodorants shampoos antiseptics and disinfectants on the growth of microbes. Included in the kit are easy to follow instructions giving two methods for producing bacterial lawn plates and two methods for their use. Also supplied are two bacterial cultures: Micrococcus luteus (a Gram positive coccus) and Escherichia coli (a Gram negative rod).
