The HypaGel Hot/Cold pack can be cooled in a refrigerator or freezer for use in cryotherapy or heated in a microwave for use in thermotherapy. The included soft compression cuff has elasticated straps making it suitable for comfortable application to the back knees elbows ankles or shoulders.
