To comply with DoH recommendations when preparing Raw Meat Cooked Meat Raw Fish Vegetables Fruit or Salads and Dairy Products a different cutting board must be used each time. In order to recognise which board to use with which food the Partwell range includes 6 brightly coloured tough and resilient polyethylene cutting boards.
