Badminton is one of the fastest growing participation sports in the country. It is estimated that between four and five million enthusiasts enjoy badminton in Great Btitain at an age range of between seven and sevrnty. Badminton exercises on limits through economic status age fitness and athletic ability. The sportis enjoyed socially and competitively by both Adults and Children from all walks of live. At high levels of play the sport demands excellent fitness:players require aerobic stamina agility strength speed and precision. It is also a technical sport requiring good motor coordination and the development of sophisticated racquet movements.
